Recent studies in motivation and engagement have proved that although there is a place for the standard rewards packages, these rewards do not lead to an increase in motivation and productivity in all situations.

To increase productivity and motivation, people need to feel valued, invested in and that they are making a difference at work in some way.

Leadership programmes have traditionally been kept for the top 5% in the largest organisations and yet leadership can be found at every level in an organisation and more people can benefit from leadership development no matter where they are in their own personal and professional development journey.

This is why I created the Journey to Leadership Success programme – a programme which can be adapted in terms of both delivery and content to suit an individual’s and an organisation’s need.
